The Headquarters will provide various support at the beginning stage of your business, including:
Early Stage
(14 days)
Prospective franchisees are required to first complete our online franchise form in the following. Please provide basic personal information and contact details as instructed. As it takes time to process applications, prospective franchisees are asked to be patient. We will contact the prospective franchisees to proceed to the next step.
We will contact prospective franchisees to arrange a meeting to discuss and exchange views on topics including educational philosophy and vision. The discussion is aimed at facilitating cooperation in the future. The meeting is also an opportunity for prospective franchisees to better understand our brand and the franchise programme. Questions about franchising will be answered.
Prospective franchisees are required to submit supporting documents, including but not limited to financial credentials, credit history and proof of employment, within 7 days of the meeting.
Intermediate Stage
(10-19 days)
Before choosing a location for the centre, prospective franchisees are required to sign a Letter of Intent with us. In choosing the location, we will screen the locations mentioned in the meeting and provide professional advice on considerations including but not limited to rent, traffic of customers, educational licences, competitors and demographics. Professional market reports will also be provided for prospective franchisees’ reference.
Once a location has been selected, we will negotiate the rent and the terms of the tenancy agreement with the landlord/developer on behalf of the prospective franchisee. We strongly recommend setting up a limited company before signing the provisional tenancy agreement and entering into the tenancy agreement in the name of the company.
After signing the provisional tenancy agreement in respect of the shop premises, the prospective franchisee will sign a franchise agreement with us. It is generally recommended that the prospective franchisee reserve 2-3 hours on the day of signing the franchise agreement to allow your time to read the terms and conditions of the entire agreement. We will also explain the terms and conditions accordingly.
Final Stage
(30 days)
After the formal franchise agreement comes into effect, we will assist the franchisee in getting the premises ready according to the schedule. Our assistance will include but not be limited to interior design and decoration, licensing and purchasing furniture and teaching supplies.
While the centre is being set up, suitable candidates will be provided for the franchisee to choose for recruiting and conducting training for not less than 2 weeks.
An open day will be held on the first day of centre operation. Representatives from our headquarters will attend the open day in person and assist in all matters related to the launching of the centre. In the first three months of the operation of the centre, we will also provide dedicated personnel to assist franchisees in solving problems related to daily operation and to participate in weekly meetings where professional advice will be given.
