Management Trainee
This 18-month Management Trainee Programme is designed to develop our up-and-coming leaders for the company. You'll have the unique opportunity to take on early responsibility within our different divisions and work in varied locations across Hong Kong and other regions. This programme accelerates your professional development and sets you up for a successful long-term career with Dr I-Kids Education Centre.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist centre operation, provide professional customer service to customer;
- Support company activities, meeting and appointment;
- Provide supports and participate in ad-hoc project as assigned;
- Establish & maintain an efficient administrative system;
- Teach courses in a fun and interesting way;
- Plan and implement lessons and activities;
- Assess and monitor students' progress and communicate with parents on a regular basis;
- Oversee and suggest new marketing campaigns, organise and participate in promotional events;
- Participate in events such as seminars, workshops and ceremonies on behalf of the company
Entry Requirement:
- Degree holder / Asso. Degree
- Mature, responsible, self-motivated
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and work independently
- Ability to analyse situations, prioritize, implement processes and solve problem effectively
- Fond of children, energetic, patient and enthusiastic in teaching
- Experience in teaching young children is preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Cantonese (Mandarin will be an advantage).
