Q:What should a student do if he/she is sick?
A: If a student is sick and has to skip a class, he/she must inform the Centre at least 3 hours in advance, and arrange a makeup class.

A:If a student needs to skip a class due to personal reasons, he/she must inform the Centre at least one week before the class, and arrange a makeup class.
Q:Are students required to go to school under severe weather?

Q:How can parents know about their children's learning progress?
A:Our instructors will assess students' learning progress regularly, and inform parents with progress reports.
Q: Can parents apply for a recommendation letter from the Centre?
A:The school is always pleased to provide recommendation letters for its students. Please apply for it through our staff when needed.
Q:Is it a must to attend a promotion exam to advance to a more senior class?
A:The centre does not require students to attend any formal exam before promotion. Instructors will assess students' ability in lessons regularly instead. Students will be awarded a "Certificate of Stage Completion" after completing each learning stage. Upon successful completion of a full course, a "Certificate of Course Completion" will be issued to certify students' efforts and achievements.
